Salary: €32k per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the accommodation department, ensuring rooms are serviced to the highest standards.
  2. Lead and motivate a small team of housekeeping staff, providing training and support to ensure exceptional service quality.
  3. Manage room inspections, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards meet the hotel's requirements.
  4. Oversee inventory control of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  5. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  6. Monitor and manage departmental budgets, minimizing waste and maximizing operational efficiency.
  7. Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a safe and clean environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. Previous experience in accommodation supervision or a housekeeping management role in a hotel or similar environment.
  2. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  3. Attention to detail, with a strong focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle guest queries and complaints effectively.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
