The clinic values hands-on leadership, involving you in every service aspect while mentoring your team.Manage the nursing department, including staff management, training, and recruitment. Work closely with Human Resources to ensure staff engagement and a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities
• Staff Management: Handle inductions, appraisals, rotas, and leave requests. Conduct team meetings to motivate and train nursing staff to provide top care.
• Training & Development: Mentor staff with in-house and external training, including ultrasound and ESHRE certifications.
• Departmental Representation: Represent the nursing team in management meetings and service development working groups.
• As Fertility Nurse Manager, you will be central to patient-centric care and a supportive environment. Ideal candidate
• Experience managing a nursing team, ideally in fertility or reproductive health
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of health and safety, clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
