Your Role

You'll play a key part in ensuring that design information is delivered accurately, on time, and according to project requirements. Working closely with our client's design-and-build team and site personnel, you'll coordinate the flow of technical information, manage documentation, and support the delivery of a high-quality and sustainable project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track design submissions, technical submittals, RFIs, and related documentation.

  • Chair and minute design team meetings.

  • Liaise regularly with project and site teams to ensure the timely delivery of required information.

  • Support engagement with subcontractors and suppliers on design and technical matters.

  • Assist with BCAR compliance and site quality assurance.

  • Maintain clear records, trackers, and communication via the Common Data Environment (CDE).

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Experience working on construction projects in a design, engineering, or site-based capacity.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus.

  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications with a good understanding of construction methods.

  • Previous experience in design coordination or similar roles on medium to large projects is desirable.

  • A degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management is an advantage.
