Role: Director of Leasing

Location: Ireland

About the Company: A global market leader in the Life Sciences testing space is searching for a Head of Asset Management to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience leasing and contracting equipment (can be from an industry outside of Life Sciences)
  • Asset management - You will be fully responsible for the inventory, deployment and lifecycle management of the leased laboratory products
  • Ensuring that all leasing and asset management processes adhere with the regulations in place, the tax laws
  • Act at the main point of contact for the clients and being able to address asset-related inquiries, provide troubleshooting support
  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients
  • Presenting reports on asset performance and lifecycle management internally across the business
  • Be responsible for managing external relationships such as suppliers and service providers
  • Working closely with other departments such as Procurement, Finance, Labs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field
  • Experience in asset management
