Job Description:

CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce their partnership with a reputable service that has been supporting people as they emerge from homelessness. We are looking for a Senior Project Worker to provide management and leadership in providing housing and support to residents.

Successful candidates will have:

  • A degree in Social Care/Social Science/Applied Social Studies or related discipline (e.g., addiction, social work)
  • Prior experience working within the homelessness sector for 2 years
  • An understanding of issues affecting people who are homeless
  • Knowledge of child protection issues, mental health issues, and addiction
  • Commitment to the values and principles of Housing First and Trauma-Informed Care
  • Knowledge of PASS system (desired)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have own transport and full license
