The person will ensure that the team achieves service, sales, and quality targets in a customer-focused environment while adhering to all company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety.

Key Tasks Required:

  1. Supervise and actively work on Motor Vehicles on the workshop floor
  2. Achieve Company and branch objectives & targets
  3. Ensure all administrative work is conducted in a timely manner
  4. Record all relevant details on our in-house systems
  5. Support Branch Manager as requested (e.g., Audits)
  6. Use materials, parts, and equipment in an efficient manner
  7. Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety procedures
  8. Adhere fully to the Company's operations manual
  9. Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
  10. Understand and adhere to all Company policies and procedures
  11. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  12. Good Technical and Motor Experience
  13. Must have leadership experience
  14. Driving Licence essential
  15. Must be able to work a 5/6 day roster
