Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Café Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff supervision
- Ensure outstanding customer service and smooth front-of-house operations
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and motivating the team
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met at all times
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory processes
- Assist in financial duties such as cash handling and reporting when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a café or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
Location: Co. Kildare
Salary: Depending on experience
