A end client of mine, a global leading and long-lasting social media company is looking for a highly engaged candidates to achieve their business goals. With an expanding team, they are looking to hire and establish new teams of AI Annotators in a faced-paced and modern environment. The ideal candidate has previous experience in effectively coping with a fast-paced, high-pressure role in a constantly changing business environment.

As an Annotator, your role will be to create, assess, and refine pairs of questions and answers to improve a large language model (LLM ). You'll generate realistic questions that someone might ask in a real-life context, and provide the best possible answer. This task will involve you reviewing a set of guidelines, and creating sample prompts and responses in your area of expertise.

Your area of responsibility:

Annotate data accurately and consistently, and by predefined annotation guideline Evaluate the quality of existing data resources, as well as the output of machine learning classifiers and internal tools Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation and organization Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately Provide feedback on the annotation tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of the data annotation process Provide insights regarding observed patterns in the annotated data Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them

The requirements

The candidate must possess a strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be flexible and analytical with the ability to understand and interpret large datasets and apply predefined guidelines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of annotations. Educational background – undergraduate university degree or higher qualification Essential competencies needed for this role are: High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR Only Fluency in following languages required + (oral and written communication skills+ depth understanding of the culture + social trends in the region) French (with the cultural awareness about France) German (with the cultural awareness about Germany) Portuguese (with the cultural awareness about Portugal - not Brazil) Vietnamese (with the cultural awareness about Vietnam) Indonesian (with the cultural awareness about Indonesia) Swedish (with the cultural awareness about Sweden) Spanish (with the cultural awareness about Mexico- not Spain)

Offer Details:

Fair salary per annum Full and structured training on-site provided 25% salary uplift for the late hours from 10 pm to 2 am Great internal opportunities for career progression – employees with good performance can become Quality Auditors, Quality Analysts, Trainers & Team Leads Performance bonus Free meal (lunch or dinner) on-site Private healthcare Pension contribution Tax Saver and Bike-to-Work Scheme Contract: Permanent full-time Working hours: Monday to Friday, Day or Evening shift (depending on the requisitions) Location: Dublin, Sandyford This is an office based job. Work from home / remote work is not an option. Employees are classified as essential workers.
