We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead and develop our IT service desk team, ensuring top-tier IT support and infrastructure stability for all employees within Muehlhan Group. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on IT management, supporting both daily operations and long-term IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and Develop the IT Service Desk Team: Provide strong leadership and professional development for IT support staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  2. Ensure High-Quality IT Service Delivery: Guarantee that all employees receive effective IT support and services.
  3. Participate in Daily IT Operations: Handle IT infrastructure management and on-site support as needed.
  4. Ensure Stable and Secure IT Operations: Implement best practices to maintain robust and secure IT systems.
  5. Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with external suppliers and internal colleagues to ensure timely project delivery.
  6. Drive IT Strategy Development and Execution: Support the implementation of Muehlhan’s IT strategy, aligning with business goals.
  7. Identify Technology Innovations: Evaluate emerging technologies and innovations to create value and competitive advantages for Muehlhan.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in IT management, including leadership of IT service desk teams.
  2. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and daily operational management.
  3. Experience with vendor and project coordination.
  4. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with analytical skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities to foster collaboration.
  6. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
