Our Graduate Programme is a one-year programme that will equip you with the tools needed to have a successful career at Glenveagh Properties. From day one you will gain real hands-on experience on cutting-edge projects while being supported and nurtured by our expert management teams. We are currently accepting applications for our 2025 Graduate programme, which commences in September 2025.

You start your career with an induction designed to give you a dynamic and informative experience. We offer Graduates the opportunity to be involved in roles at all stages of our prestigious projects.

Our Graduate Programme is designed to support our Graduates in their roles, progressing their development and providing access to key knowledge across the business.

The Business Graduate is responsible for supporting Construction Operations in our Head Office in Maynooth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  1. Project Financial Analysis: Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial analysis of construction projects to help identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure financial targets are met.
  2. Data Management: Maintain and organize project data, documentation, and records. Implement effective data management systems to improve decision-making and reporting processes.
  3. Procurement Support: Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials and services required for construction projects while maintaining cost-efficiency and quality standards.
  4. Reporting: Generate regular reports on project progress, financial performance, and other relevant KPIs to senior management for decision-making.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information.

Requirements

  1. You hold or are working towards a Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Business or a related degree.
  2. You must have the ability to use initiative and be self-motivated.
  3. Ability to work as part of a team is essential.
  4. Good IT skills are also required.
