We are seeking a Creative Digital Designer who blends UI/UX expertise with marketing creativity, designing everything from software interfaces to website pages and presentation decks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile designer who enjoys working across digital product and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Design (UI/UX):
  • Create engaging, user-friendly interfaces for HRLocker’s HR software.
  • Work closely with developers & product teams to refine user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain design systems & style guides for consistency.
  • Marketing & Branding:
  • Design compelling website pages & landing pages that align with our brand.
  • Create high-impact presentation decks and sales collateral.
  • Develop social media visuals, email templates, and ad creatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in UI/UX and digital design.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing software UI design, website design, and marketing assets (presentations, ads, social media, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), or similar tools.
  • Experience designing within brand guidelines while bringing creative innovation.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (but not required).
