The main responsibilities for the role will be to assist with the day-to-day running of the hotel reception, which includes guest check-in and check-outs, as well as answering all guest enquiries both on the phone and in person.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the smooth operation of the hotel reception, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the guest's overall experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Be well-presented with a polite and professional manner, consistently delivering a high standard of service.
  • Proficient in using hotel software, preferably Opera/Hotsoft, to efficiently manage reservations and other tasks.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet the needs of the hotel and its guests.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel environment is essential for this position.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Possess a proactive and adaptable attitude, able to respond to changing situations and priorities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly, when required.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
