When you join us, you will:

Create, enter data, and maintain multiple spreadsheets in Excel.

Accurately enter received products into JD Edwards in a timely manner.

Answering phone calls in a professional manner and direct phone calls appropriately

Greet and assist visitors at the Plant.

Work with suppliers to resolve any issues/discrepancies once invoices are received.

Maintain and organize polices and prepare monthly meeting packages.

Create orders for shipment and release railcars when required.

Close work orders as needed.

Conduct orientations for truck drivers and contractors

Collaborate and support the Plant with data management, analytics, and reporting.

Our ideal candidate will be:

Post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of related experience

Prior experience in an administrative support role is an asset.

Strong computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Able to work independently and part of a team.

Proven ability to prioritize tasks and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Must possess a valid driver's license.
