Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with production, marketing, and logistics teams to refine designs and ensure products meet specifications.
  • Create detailed 3D models and 2D drafts for manufacturing, developing innovative solutions for new and existing products.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Design mechanical systems and components, supporting new product development and enhancements to existing products.
  • Work alongside the production team to implement new design changes and ensure seamless manufacturing processes.
  • Provide support to internal teams like marketing and logistics, ensuring the products meet required specifications and standards.
  • Help drive the continuous improvement of engineering and manufacturing processes within a LEAN framework.
What do you need?
  • Degree (or equivalent) in engineering with 2-5 years of experience in mechanical design or a related field, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks for creating 3D models and producing 2D drafts for manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles with the ability to perform calculations and ensure compliance with relevant standards; experience with CNC plasma and Lantek software.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both internal teams and customers, with experience creating bill of materials and build specifications.
