About The Role
  1. Responsibilities:
    1. Manage daily bar operations and staff.
    2. Train and develop bar staff to ensure excellent service.
    3. Maintain stock and order supplies as needed.
    4. Create and implement innovative drink menus.
    5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    6. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Skills Needed

Hospitality

Required Criteria
  1. Right to Work in Ireland
  2. Good Command of English Language
  3. Shift work and flexibility is required in this position.
