Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients in various markets including corporate, leisure, and events.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts in line with hotel policies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage client accounts and follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Sales Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the development of sales and marketing collateral.
- Event Coordination:
- Collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute events, ensuring client requirements are met.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
