We are looking for an experienced HR BP to support our client, a highly recognised company in the construction industry.

The Role:

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by influencing and providing expert advice and coaching on all aspects of the HR life cycle.
• Proactively deliver HR expertise and support through excellence in service, communication, technical HR skills, and operational delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Site teams to ensure the effective and timely execution of all people programs.
• Ensure effective performance management processes and reviews across the business to enable career development and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Develop a focused talent strategy, including appointing, developing, and retaining key people to meet both current and future organizational needs.
• Provide critical insights and recommendations to Site Management, Senior Management, and the Leadership Team on workforce planning.
• Scenario plan and work with key stakeholders to offer options to Senior Management regarding future resource planning .
• Manage and resolve employee relations (ER) issues by analyzing challenges, identifying underlying causes, and finding appropriate solutions for individuals and the business, ensuring efficient handling of arising matters.
• Manage and mitigate industrial relations (IR) issues as they arise.
• Oversee the effective delivery of the Graduate program in collaboration with institutional partners.
• Collaborate with the People Team to develop, implement, and maintain best practice HR policies, aligned with employment legislation, to support all business units.
• Implement HR projects and HR system upgrades.

The Candidate:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Human Resources.
• CIPD qualified desirable.
• Previous HR experience in a construction/engineering company.
• Enthusiastic and ambitious work attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player.
