Our Fermoy, Ireland, facility is FDA registered and certified to ISO for the manufacture of high-quality PCBAs, subassemblies and complete devices up to and including Class III medical devices. Sanmina Fermoy's core specialization is manufacturing automation. We provide services for the entire product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI), prototyping and process validation to complex volume manufacturing & test, shipping and repair. We create a state-of-the-art environment for manufacturing medical and other high-quality devices. The facility has a track record of 30 years of outstanding operational performance and customer service, backed by a highly experienced workforce.

Meet plant inventory and turns objectives Minimize E&O and ensure early disposition at no cost to plantResponsibilities:
Key driver for Inventory reduction strategy Responsible for achieving Quarterly Inventory Turns Goal Review changes in demand for adverse Inventory impact Work with Purchasing team to ensure critical PO reschedules are achieved Work with Shop Floor Control planners to ensure the MPS is achieved Identification of process deficiencies and instigation of process improvements Responsible for authorized scrap & disposition of E&O inventory to recognized partners and approved recyclers Set and Meet Department Inventory KPI'S Maintain Internal/External reporting templates and associated LOB analysis Produce Daily /Weekly / Monthly Inventory status reports Back up support to the other members of the teamsRequirements:
Essential:
QQI Level7/8 in relevant fields including suppy chain, finance or relevant areas Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word Processing and Powerpoint Strong interpersonal skills Analytical and numerate, creative problem solver Strong Presentation skills.Desirable :
Knowledge of ERP system mechanics (Oracle would be an advantage) APICS/IIPIM qualified or in process of qualification
