Main Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support requests or potential abuse of content.
  • Maintain client Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
  • Stay knowledgeable about client products and community standards.
  • Use market insights to find scalable solutions to improve community support.
  • Analyse data to develop ways to enhance user experience.
  • Recognise trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Language Requirements:

Contract Information:
  • This is a full-time, permanent contract with Covalen Solutions.
  • Candidates can choose between day shift (9am - 5:30pm) or evening shift (6pm - 2am), with no rotations.
  • Monday to Friday, occasional weekends and bank holidays.
Benefits:
  • €29,000 per year as base salary.
  • In case of evening shift: 25% salary uplift for late hours from 10pm to 2am.
