Responsibilities:

Kombucha Brewing Management:

  • Oversee brewing process from ingredients to final product.
  • Develop and refine kombucha recipes.
  • Maintain brewing records and quality control
Logistics:
  • Manage pallet logistics, storage, and transportation.
  • Ensure efficient product delivery and inventory management.
Stock Ordering:
  • Order and manage ingredients and supplies.
  • Maintain supplier relationships
Team Management:
  • Lead, train, and schedule brewing staff.
  • Ensure a positive work environment.
Quality and Safety:
  • Implement quality control and safety procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
Innovation:
  • Develop new kombucha flavours and product lines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
Reporting:
  • Provide updates on production and inventory.
  • Weekly Production meetings to link in with management
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years brewing experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Forklift experience
  • Knowledge of brewing processes and quality control.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: €16.00-€20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
