Composite Trimmer Fitter

Job description: Our client is a leading F1 Motorsport team. Due to increased demands, they are looking for experienced Composite Pre Preg-Trimmers.

Responsibilities:

1. Previous experience in Pre Preg Trimming/Fitting
2. Must have experience with either the motorsport or aerospace industry
3. Trim, bond, and assemble carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and manuals.
4. Assemble components, jigs, and fixtures.
5. Maintain the highest quality standards for all composite components. Attention to detail is essential.
6. Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
7. Ensure adherence to Health and Safety requirements.

Key Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in trimming/fitting a wide range of composite materials, ideally within Motorsport/F1 but other industries will be considered.
2. Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
3. Proficiency with air tools, hand tools, and adhesives.
4. Attention to detail and a methodical work approach.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
