We are seeking a Finance Graduate on a  permanent basis  to join us on our mission.

Job Purpose 

This Graduate Finance role is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious person to gain exceptional experience in a large manufacturing multinational. You will have the opportunity to work in various Finance areas and get involved in Finance projects, working in a state-of-the-art facility with the most up to date equipment and technology. This position will analyse technical accounting issues, perform actual versus budget reviews and work with our business partners as they set strategic goals and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Understand the details of the BSC P&L & Balance sheet. Assist with month end close and various forecasting cycles including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Assist with monthly performance reporting for the site and Corporate Learn the various FP&A processes and procedures. Become proficient in using BSC systems and tools. Gain exposure to senior finance and executive management. Assist with adhoc projects. To achieve and demonstrate best practices in line with the department and site objectives

Education & Experience

Level 8 Bachelors Degree (240 credits) in Business or relevent field.  Accounting exams in progress Relevant work experience/ co-op programme completed. Strong system skills and aptitude Good communication skills, teamwork abilities and initiative. Proven ability to work well as part of a team & on own with minimum supervision. Enthusiastic self-starter Strong interpersonal skills
