Our Graduate Development Programme is a structured two-year scheme where we provide the framework, mentoring, and experiences to help you maximize your skills and ambitions. On joining our scheme in September 2025, you'll rapidly gain knowledge of how our company works and the impact that you can have to help us move towards a more connected and sustainable world.
About the opportunity
Our Transportation business currently comprises 1500+ staff spread across 23+ offices, delivering more connected, sustainable solutions for our UK, Ireland, European, and international clients across Aviation, Highways, Rail, and adjacency markets.
We are looking for talented people to join us to continue our focus on building relationships and delighting our clients. The successful candidate will be provided with on-the-job training using the latest software tools and exposure to an interesting mix of projects from concept stage to construction. You will assist and support colleagues in the preparation of feasibility studies, scheme reports, and detailed highway designs on both public and private sector projects throughout the UK and Ireland.

Here's what you'll need
- Be working towards a degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering with Environmental Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, or Civil Engineering with Sustainability.
- A flexible self-starter who is keen to drive your career forward.
- Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things.
- You must have the permanent right to work in Ireland.
