- Assist with the day-to-day running of the Pro-shop retail and general Golf Operations activities.
- Take a leading role in identifying and capitalising on retail trends.
- Work with the Golf Manager on merchandise purchasing.
- Provide a warm and welcoming reception and environment for all patrons.
- Daily promotion of Pro-shop goods to maximise sales.
- Regular display cleaning, merchandising, replenishing, and stock management.
- Process bookings and tee-time requests including email and telephone enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist with point-of-sale activities including cash handling and other functions.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of all resort-wide products and services.
- Promote and upsell site-wide services and facilities where possible.
- Communicate operational and management information to golfers as required.
- Any duties required by management to ensure the delivery of 5-star service.
