Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager, preferably with ESG experience to join our sustainability team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the successful delivery of ESG reporting initiatives, ensuring compliance with reporting standards (such as CSRD), and change management to align with new requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead, develop and manage ESG reporting processes and procedures from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with ESG reporting standards and regulations.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with the ESG Reporting Director and internal functions (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to gather necessary data and insights for comprehensive ESG reports.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate inputs to reporting requirements.
  4. Integrated Planning: Coordinate integrated planning efforts to align ESG reporting with overall business strategies.
  5. Change Management: Implement change management processes to support the adoption of new ESG reporting practices and data management tools.
  6. Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and data integration.
  7. Workflow Management: Oversee workflow management to ensure efficient and effective ESG reporting processes.
  8. Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and management of ESG data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  9. Resource Capacity Planning & Management: Plan and manage resource capacity to meet project demands and deadlines.
  10. Cost Management: Develop cost forecasts, monitor and control project costs to stay within approved budgets.
  11. ESG Communications: Develop and maintain an ESG communications plan for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  12. Governance: Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance with ESG reporting standards.
  13. Process & Policy Maintenance: Maintain and update processes and policies related to ESG reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Certifications: APM, PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications.
  2. Software Proficiency: Experience with ESG data management software (e.g., TAGETIK) would be beneficial.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably with ESG experience.

Skills:

  1. Understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards, including CSRD (preferable).
  2. Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  5. Change management.
  6. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
