Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will lead the execution of our unit residential project in Harolds Cross, Dublin. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage on-site construction teams and subcontractors. Provide clear direction to ensure project goals are met.
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process. Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating all activities to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
  • Prioritise safety on the construction site. Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, clients, and BHA senior management. Provide regular project updates and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
