Duties:

  • Creating and managing various events and webinars for different departments across the firm.
  • Supporting Event communications to include writing, editing, reviewing and issuing communications.
  • Liaising with Manager to ensure top quality events.
  • Building strong relationships with external venues and suppliers.
  • Liaising with the larger marketing team on branding, content, promotion and social media.
  • Budget management for all events.
  • Continuously looking for new events opportunities, guest speakers and event technologies.
  • Providing regular updates to the wider Marketing Team and Senior Management within the Firm.
  • Providing ongoing improvement within the team by encouraging the team to identify opportunities for process enhancements, increased automation, and streamlined workflows.
  • Support with any other duties as required.

Experience:

  • BA in Marketing or related
  • 7+ years Events experience ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent ability to deliver complex events, including both virtually and in-person events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organised and flexible on supporting multiple projects.
