Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Branding:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from: requisition approval, job advertising on the various channels (external and internal), sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, sitting on interview panels with hiring managers and offer management.
  • Provide regular updates to the Hiring Managers and Talent Manager on the status of open positions.
  • Partner closely with HR colleagues to ensure all hires follow correct processes and are onboarded effectively.
  • Responsible for updating the HR master data file (Starters/Leavers information etc).
  • When needed, engage & manage the external agencies and manage the processes in partnership with the agencies.
  • Support the Talent Manager on training related to recruitment.
  • Participate in job fairs and university relations to develop the company’s employer branding.
  • Identify key universities and programs in Ireland and Europe.
  • Support Employer Branding activities in Ireland as well as overall in Bulgari.
  • Implement Candidate Experience Surveys and analyze the data of the responses.

Talent Development/ Training:

  • Support the Talent Manager with training scheduling and organization.
  • Track attendance and support with data compilation for year-end reporting.
  • Participate in calls with peers in the Rome HQ to share Best Practice and update each other on various initiatives & projects.
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating buddies for new starters.
  • Support the Talent Manager with the monitoring of the Learning Platform, as well as work on initiatives to increase usage.

Other:

  • Support internal communication with updates on new joiners, open roles and other topics as necessary.
  • Work with the Talent Manager on deploying actions following employee survey results.
  • Support the HR team on HR related topics and objectives.
  • Manage employee probation check-in with new hires.
  • Lead and support the launch of the Bulgari Ireland LinkedIn page to enhance employer brand in Ireland.
Profile

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in full cycle recruitment and partnering with internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline / MSc in Human Resource Management desirable.
  • Excellent organization, good sense of prioritization.
  • Detail-oriented.
