Social Care Worker – Mainstream Residential

Salary: €36,000

Contract: Full-time Permanent Position

Locations: Ballybrittas, Co. Laois

TTM Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with our Client who are committed to providing quality residential care and support for young people aged 12-17. They take this responsibility seriously and put the child at the heart of everything they do. Every child is different and so is the support and guidance they receive to help them navigate their journey to independence and adulthood.

As a Social Care Worker, you will contribute to an assessment and behaviour management plan for children and young people. Teach young people who are not engaged in school outside the house, in both 1:1, and groups. Help young people who are engaged in school to complete their homework. Participate in planned and responsive residential care.


Requirements:

  1. Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent
  2. Full licence and Car
  3. Knowledge of the key elements of effective team working
  4. Flexible to work 15 & 24hr shifts
