About the role

Applications are sought for the full-time position of Personal Assistant to the College Improvement Team (Business and Finance) to commence as soon as practicable.

The Personal Assistant to the College Improvement Team (Business & Finance) provides high-level administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of both departments. The Personal Assistant plays a crucial role in facilitating communication, managing daily activities, and supporting the Directors in delivering on strategic and operational objectives. This role also provides assistance, when and where required, to all other members of the College Improvement Team.

The Personal Assistant to the College Improvement Team (Business & Finance) is appointed by and directly reports to both the Director of Business and the Director of Finance. The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with all Padua College staff as well as key internal and external partners to the College.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

The responsibilities of the Personal Assistant to the College Improvement Team (Business & Finance) include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative support;
  • Finance support and reporting;
  • Communication and stakeholder management;
  • Program and project coordination and event planning;
  • Confidentiality and data security;
  • Performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team.

This position has been readvertised due to the international relocation of the successful applicant. Previous applicants need not apply.

SALARY REMUNERATION: According to the CEMEA 2022, $78,206.00 - $88,613.00 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation.
