Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Assure that the best possible rehabilitation care is provided in accordance with HSE and HIQA rules.
- Help oversee and administer the rehabilitation center's new HSE contract, making sure that all related policies and procedures are followed.
- Oversee and guide nursing and care personnel while promoting a culture of ongoing development and progress.
- Ensure a person-centred approach by supervising the creation and implementation of customised rehabilitation care programs.
- Help maintain high-quality rehabilitation services by helping with training and personnel levels.
- To improve patient outcomes, work together with families, multidisciplinary teams, and outside stakeholders.
Requirements- A registered general nurse (RGN) who is currently registered with the NMBI.
- Five years or more after registration, with at least two of those years spent in a management or leadership position in a nursing home, rehabilitation centre, or other comparable healthcare environment.
- Strong familiarity with pertinent laws, HSE regulations, and HIQA standards.
- It is preferred if you have contract management experience, especially with the HSE.
- Understanding the concepts and procedures of rehabilitation is really beneficial.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- The capacity to cooperate with a variety of stakeholders.
