Our client, a globally recognised certification body with headquarters in Dublin and offices in the UK, Italy, and Japan, is seeking an Information Security Management Systems Auditor (ISO 27001) to join their team.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct audits to evaluate client compliance with ISO 27001.
  2. Assess the design and effectiveness of security controls.
  3. Provide evidence-based findings and detailed assessment reports.
  4. Ensure nonconformities are addressed with corrective action plans.
  5. Manage client interactions professionally and efficiently.
  6. Maintain accurate audit records and documentation.
  7. Travel as required across Ireland, Great Britain, and overseas.
Requirements
  1. A third-level IT qualification.
  2. Minimum 4 years' experience in IT, Information Security, or Audit.
  3. Experience with ISO 27001 implementation and maintenance.
  4. Strong understanding of IT disciplines, service management, and security frameworks.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage confrontational situations calmly.
  8. A full, clean driving license is required.
Desired Certifications
  1. CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent (CIPP/E, CEH, GIAC, etc.).
  2. Membership in ISACA, ISC2, OWASP, or equivalent associations.
