We have an immediate need for an experienced Test Manager to assist our client with the continuous growth of their company.
The role will initially be contracted for 12 months with a very likely extension beyond 1 year.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a team within a very reputable organisation for a daily rate of €500-600 per day.
Responsibilities:- Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiency
- Create and execute a detailed testing strategy
- Liaise with managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall project
- Deliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders, discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identified
- Mentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment process
- Consult with Key Business Stakeholders
- At least 10 years' experience within Test Management including implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of Project Management and Test Management methodologies
- ISTQB Advanced - Desirable
- Wide range of technology and platform experience
- In-depth knowledge of software testing (manual and automated testing tools)
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
