Job description

The Role

Korn Ferry is searching for an experienced Senior Coordinator to join our international team in Ireland on a 6 months fixed term contract.

As a Senior Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team, executives, and clients with interview scheduling utilizing a high-touch and personalized approach. Senior Coordinators will manage calendars with limited availability using a variety of administrative tools.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process by scheduling candidate interviews (phone, video, in-person) including travel.
  2. Working closely with the recruiting team to ensure all interviews are confirmed and, if applicable, interview feedback is received.
  3. Partnering with the recruiting team to ensure project metrics are achieved.
  4. Documenting, tracking, and maintaining records and the status of engagements/requisitions in the applicant tracking system.
  5. Identifying and executing process improvements and solutions that create efficiencies across searches.
  6. Providing responsive and proactive customer service via telephone, e-mail, etc.
  7. Managing, reviewing, and sending HR and/or recruiting-related correspondence and documents to clients and candidates.
  8. Performing various administrative duties that support the recruiting function.
  9. Management of multiple calendars across a single panel interview.
  10. Scheduling meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Meeting prioritization and rescheduling.
  12. Drafting and sending emails to internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Meeting moderation.
  14. Setting up technology and taking notes in meetings.
  15. Sending follow-up emails and instructions to participants.
  16. Following up next steps to ensure completion.
  17. Processing expenses and booking travel.

Required Skills:

  1. 2+ years of project management, administrative experience, or scheduling experience in a team-oriented professional services environment.
  2. 2+ years of experience working with Administrative Office Tools including scheduling meetings and virtual meeting tools such as Zoom.
  3. 2+ years of organizing & managing own workload with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  4. 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment while effectively coping with change.
  5. High School Diploma/GED.
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Bachelor's Degree.
  2. 4+ years of project management, administrative experience, or scheduling experience in a team-oriented professional services environment.
  3. Applicant tracking system experience.
  4. Ability to take direction and execute a plan.
  5. Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous roles.
  6. Track record of proven results.
  7. More than 1 year with supporting senior executives.
