Key Duties
  • Running single and double wall machines.
  • Completing orders.
  • Obtaining requirements from Job Cards and recording key information.
  • Completion of Production records including inputting order data from job dockets into computer.
  • Keeping machines maintained and topped up with glue etc.
  • Keeping machines and surrounding area neat and tidy.
  • Carrying out operator-level maintenance.
  • Fault finding of basic faults and working with the maintenance team to fault-find and assist with machine maintenance as required.
  • Packing Cups in non-automated areas.
  • Adherence to S.O.P’s, Health & Safety guidelines and instruction from Team Leads.
