Dann suchen wir genau dich als Product Manager / Engineer (m/w/d) Mit deinem Know-how und deinem kreativen Ansatz stellst du sicher, dass unsere Produkte optimal entwickelt, positioniert und auf die Bedürfnisse von Werkstätten, Endkunden und Key Accounts zugeschnitten sind.

Aufgaben
  • Produktmanagement und Betreuung eigener Produkte
    Du bist verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und stellst sicher, dass diese unseren Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.
  • Abhaltung von Produktschulungen auf Deutsch/Englisch
    Du führst Schulungen für unsere Produkte in deutscher und englischer Sprache durch und sorgst für eine umfassende Wissensvermittlung.
  • Vorbereitung zur Markteinführung neuer Produkte
    Du bereitest die Einführung neuer Produkte vor und stellst sicher, dass diese erfolgreich im Markt etabliert werden.
  • Marktanalysen
    Du führst detaillierte Marktanalysen durch, um Trends und Wettbewerber zu identifizieren und unsere Strategien entsprechend anzupassen.
  • Pflege aller Preise und Tarife unter Berücksichtigung des Wettbewerbs
    Du aktualisierst und pflegst unsere Preise und Tarife unter Beachtung der Marktentwicklungen und des Wettbewerbs.
  • Datenpflege und Dokumentation
    Du stellst sicher, dass alle relevanten Daten stets aktuell sind und sorgfältig dokumentiert werden.
  • Produktbezogene Kommunikation in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Kundenservice und Marketing
    Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Kundenservice und Marketing-Team zusammen, um eine konsistente und zielgerichtete Kommunikation sicherzustellen.
  • Bedarfsplanung und Beschaffung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Einkauf
    Du planst den Bedarf unserer Produkte und koordinierst die Beschaffung in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Einkauf.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Business Cases und Umsatzplanungen
    Du hilfst bei der Entwicklung von Business Cases und erstellst fundierte Umsatzplanungen.
  • Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Tätigkeiten am Fahrzeug
    Du dokumentierst alle durchgeführten Arbeiten und Tätigkeiten am Fahrzeug, um eine lückenlose Nachverfolgung sicherzustellen.
Qualifikationen
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement und/oder in der Kfz-Technik
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis im Bereich Kraftfahrzeug-Technik und fundiertes Grundwissen zum Thema Fahrzeugdiagnose
  • Anwendung von unterschiedlichen Diagnosegeräten (Markengebunden & Mehrmarken)
  • Interesse an neuesten Technologien
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Koordinationsfähig, teamfähig und zukunftsorientiert
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
