What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Designing and implementing robust quality assurance systems that set the bar high.
  2. Taking the lead in managing and maintaining our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and BBA accreditations—you'll be the go-to expert
  3. Inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet precise specifications.
  4. Driving root cause analysis and leading impactful corrective and preventive actions.
  5. Keeping quality documentation audit-ready and aligned with ISO standards.
  6. Working closely with Production, Technical, and Procurement teams to solve problems and unlock process efficiencies.
  7. Conducting internal audits and supporting external and customer audits with confidence.
  8. Training staff and promoting a culture of quality across the organisation.
  9. Leveraging data to track trends and create compelling reports that drive decisions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ideally degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, especially within Construction or Manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with steel fabrication or structural products is a huge plus.
  • Hands-on auditing experience and a knack for continuous improvement.
