MEP Supervisor

MEP Supervisor - Pharma/Industrial - Limerick, Ireland

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the stunning surroundings of Limerick. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a MEP Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage subcontractors and oversee installation of MEP equipment on site
2. Provide support to Project Management Teams
3. Liaise with clients where required
4. Lead floor walks
5. Report quality issues
6. Ensure client standards are met and followed
7. Review the performance of subcontractors to assure contract compliance, the application of accepted construction technology and standards, and the acceptable standardisation of materials and supplies.
8. Ensure that tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with approved procedures
9. Provide schedule and progress appraisal report to the Project Manager.
10. Ensure that materials received meet specifications and established standards of quality.

1. Pharmaceutical Experience preferred but open to industry
2. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background with MEP Knowledge
3. Minimum 5 years’ experience on construction projects
4. Excellent communicator
5. Strong interpersonal skills
