Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel are recruiting an Hotel Receptionist - Full Time Position to join our Front Office Team.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent service to guests at all times
- Adhering to company Brand Standards
- Ensuring smooth completion of Front Office operations
- Check-in and check-out of guests at Reception
- Dealing with guest queries
- Processing payment for guests' bills on check-out
- Organising check-in for large tours and groups with room allocations
- Taking reservation calls when required
Ideal Candidate
- An individual with a positive, professional and friendly manner who excels in customer care
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring attention to detail
- Organisational and Administrative Skills
- Strong IT Skills
- Experience with Hotsoft would be desirable
- Flexible - the candidate must be available to work shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holiday periods
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential, preferably in a 4* Hotel
