Sales Representative

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team at Crewit Resourcing, an industry-leading international recruitment company. The ideal candidate will be skilled at developing strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and successfully managing both pre- and post-sales activities. This role involves frequent domestic travel, with occasional international travel, to meet with clients and cultivate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Relationship Building
  1. Meet with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation
  1. Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and closing sales with clients in the recruitment and staffing industry.
  2. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Support and Service Excellence
  1. Deliver post-sale support to ensure a seamless client experience and foster client loyalty.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients to address concerns, answer questions, and resolve any issues promptly.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
  1. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights and competitive advantages.
  2. Proactively identify potential clients and emerging markets to expand the company’s client base.
Coordination and Collaboration
  1. Work closely with the internal recruitment team to align on client needs and provide relevant market insights.
  2. Collaborate on marketing initiatives, client presentations, and account reviews to enhance sales effectiveness and market reach.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in sales, ideally within recruitment, HR services, or a related industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
  4. Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales and exceed targets.
  5. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools as required.
  8. Willingness and ability to travel domestically on a regular basis and internationally on occasion.
  9. A driving license is required.
