Restaurant Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and a passion for delivering the Highest Standard of Service and Guest Care. The working supervisor will smoothly run the day to day operation of the restaurant.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

        Exceptional Guest Care;

        Superb attention for detail;

        Previous supervisory experience in a similar role desirable;

        High standard of English;

        Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.

        Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of the team;

        Be standards driven;

        Background in delivering training;

        Must be able to work weekends and evenings;

        Excellent knowledge of HACCP; and

        Recognised qualification desirable. 

The Role:

To work with the Award Winning Roseville Rooms Restaurant Team to deliver excellence through exceptional guest care and consistency of standards.

        Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests;

        To ensure that guests are warmly welcomed and are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner;

        Ensuring that service is delivered in accordance with agreed standards;;

        To be familiar with Resort product offering (i.e. the menu, beverages, wine list, etc.);

        To ensure the all areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.

        To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy;

        Work varying shifts including morning, afternoons and evenings;

        To liaise with and assist in departments as required.
