Working in a dynamic environment, the FP&A Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, ensuring the company's financial health and supporting its ambitious expansion goals. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
  2. Support the creation and management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  3. Effectively communicate budget and forecast updates to various departments.
  4. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including consolidation, variance analysis, and key financial metrics.
  5. Perform detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Analyse financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks, providing insights into business performance.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, using PowerPoint to communicate financial results, trends, and forecasts.
  8. Assist in reviewing and analyzing revenue recognition processes and policies.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
  10. Work closely with various departments to gather financial data and provide analytical support.
  11. Clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
  12. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
  13. Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  4. Strong skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides for creating clear, compelling presentations.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  8. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
