We are searching for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will play an integral role in our sales department, offering administrative support and ensuring smooth operations. Our ideal candidate is organised, efficient, and has experience in sales administration.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator- Sales Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, managing documentation and facilitating communication.
- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders and ensure all information is logged appropriately.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the procurement team to manage stock levels and handle supplier queries on pricing and lead times.
- Schedule Coordination: Organise and maintain schedules for sales representatives, ensuring optimal time management and resource allocation.
- Data Management: Update and maintain sales databases and customer records in the internal system.
- Reporting: Compile and prepare sales performance reports for management review.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administration role or similar capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills with essential experience in Excel and CRM systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Teamwork and Autonomy: Capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team, with strong decision-making skills.
