McGroddy Brennan LLP Solicitors are happy to confirm that they are recruiting a General Practice Solicitor to join their team. The office is a busy general practice with a focus on conveyancing, litigation, probate, employment, family and commercial. McGroddy Brennan is located in Ashbourne, Co Meath and Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2.
The ideal candidate would be flexible to work with both partners and in both locations if necessary but would spend most time in the Merrion Premises. The firm has recently merged with two other practices and the new solicitor would also work with the consultants associated with the two new merged practices to conduct work for and to develop relationships with clients of the joining practices.
This role would suit someone who is flexible, good with people and developing business and relationships and who can advise on varied areas. It would also be of assistance if the person exhibited leadership qualities.
The ideal candidate would also possess the following qualities:- Minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience in conveyancing and litigation and it would be of advantage to have some experience in commercial work;
- Experience in wills and probate;
- Ability to handle a busy workload;
- Highly motivated and hardworking with an added focus on business development and the advancing and long term development of the firm by assisting in capturing the value from recent mergers;
- Be highly accessible to clients, with quick turnaround on actions as well as being client focused with good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail;
- Have a positive attitude together with excellent communication skills and willing to work well with existing partners and consultants and within a team.
