*Our summer season runs between March and November 2025, depending on the destination. You should be available for at least five months within that period. There will also be a face-to-face training around March/April that you need to attend.*

This job is open to childcare-qualified individuals with an EU passport who are willing to move to one of our holiday destinations during Summer 2025. ABOUT YOU

  • You genuinely love and have experience working with children, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians.
  • For this position, a recognized childcare qualification/education is mandatory (i.e. studies like bachelor or apprenticeship in pedagogy or similar fields with focus on children and young adults).
  • You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable of leading sessions and working as part of an international team.
  • Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • You are fully conversational in English and ideally another language such as German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Polish.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
  • Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.
  • Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.
  • You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians' questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests' requirements.
