Plan, organise, and oversee construction projects from start to finish Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget completion Supervise subcontractors, operational staff, and on-site personnel while assisting the Project Manager in project delivery Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards on the construction site Monitor progress and address any issues or delays to keep projects on track Maintain regular communication with project teams and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns Guarantee adherence to building codes, regulations, and company policies Maintain comprehensive records of site activities and documentationRequirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle Advanced knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standardsST – IND – 23
