Are you an Electrical Site Lead who is looking to be a part of delivering key projects, with a dynamic and progressive engineering company?

Rockwell is set for significant growth over the next four years and with new projects coming on stream, we are seeking an Electrical Site Lead to be initially based in Longford with long term view of supporting projects in the Midlands region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources across multiple projects within a collaborative "one team" culture.
  • Ensure all staff are adhering to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability standards.
  • Manage electrical project scopes, including design co-ordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • Collaborate on onsite designs and procure key packages (e.g., panels, automation systems).
  • Track against budgets & programmes, track and issue variations, and flag any issues for inclusion in progress claims.
  • Conduct quality checks, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and compliance with requirements.
  • Coordinate across design disciplines and manage subcontractors.
  • Prepare and implement safety documents and conduct site surveys.
  • Oversee project close-out, including as-built documentation and handover.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and the project team.

Essential Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Experience:

  • Electrical trade Qualification with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent planning, organisational, training, teamwork & problem resolution
  • Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Full Clean driving licence.
