IT-Account Manager (w/m/d) mit Teamleitungsfunktion

  • Dein Beruf ist deine Leidenschaft - du führst und coachst unser Vertriebsteam im B2B-Bereich.
  • Durch deine Vertriebsexpertise bist du weiterhin für den Ausbau unseres Produktportfolios (IT-Lösungen und Infrastruktur) bei bestehenden Kund:innen verantwortlich.
  • Du wickelst Verkaufsprojekte inkl. Erstellung und Verfolgung der Angebote eigenständig ab.
  • Für dein Team wirkst du als Vorbild - du setzt und verfolgst Ziele innerhalb deines Verantwortungsbereiches.
  • Du treibst deinen Aufgabenbereich an und stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit dem Vertriebsleiter.
Deine Skills? Mehr als interessant:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Sales / Marketing / IT / E-Commerce / etc.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb / Kundenberatung / Account Management.
  • Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung, wobei auch dein Interesse sowie dein Potential an Führung bei uns durch Weiterbildung gestärkt werden können.
  • Technische Kenntnisse bzw. großes Interesse an der IT-Branche.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Offenheit im telefonischen Kontakt mit Kund:innen sind uns wichtig.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Zielorientierung und konstruktive Lösungsfindung.

Wir bieten dir ein Jahresbruttogehalt von mindestens 50.000 EUR auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Std./ Woche). Eine Überbezahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich. Außerdem steht dir ein Firmenauto zur privaten Nutzung zur Verfügung.
