Pharmacy Technician

Clarity is excited to announce an opening for a Pharmacy Technician at a pharmacy in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.   

What you need to know:
This is a 4-month contract. You will be required to work 4 to 5 days a week (Part-time option available). There are no evenings past 6pm, no Sundays, and no Bank Holidays. You will be required to work 1 in 2 Saturdays a month You will be working with a great team The dispensing system used is MPS. Salary & package are negotiable and DOE.

Location:
- Minutes from N80 & M7 for easy travel
- 30 mins from Naas & Carlow Town or 45 mins from Kilkenny town & Thurles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the dispensary with daily operations.
• Handle phone calls, addressing inquiries and requests.
• Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately.
• Monitor and manage prescribed dosages.
• Manage paperwork and monthly claims when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties as needed.What we're looking for:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer focus.

What we require:  

Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies; IPU course.Previous experience as a pharmacy technician in Ireland.
