The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated senior Business Analyst to join our team in the MedTech industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and preparing detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and actively participate in workshops with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
  • Understand business needs and processes and act as a liaison between the business and the technical team.
  • Understand business processes, elicit and document requirements, and coordinate communication among various business groups and IT technical teams.
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
  • Create user stories, use cases, and other documentation as needed to support project development.
  • Translate stakeholder inputs into actionable requirements for development teams.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Experience in manufacturing (MedTech) is preferable.
  • Work with a diverse business community to document as-is and to-be business processes.
  • Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IS technical teams.
Your ProfileKey Skills/Knowledge/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the MedTech or healthcare industry.
  • Ability to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in creating diagrams, workflows, and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, such as MedTech, is preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of ERP in the manufacturing space (Oracle, JDE, SAP) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with RFgen mobile barcoding and data collection technology is desirable.
Additional Information

Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
